TTT works without words: and needs no specific belief in order to be effective. It is particularly well suited to people who need to avoid speaking about what triggers their stress.
I use and teach TTT as First Aid for Trauma. I share it with all my EFT clients.
Each client learns how to use TTT for self-help in a way suited to their own circumstances.
