Great Britain — Sara Gray

Sara GrayFor the last 20 years I have been involved in complimentary medicine. In my clinic I like to think that we create an environment where people feel cared for individually, with kindness and compassion. I have used EFT for 8 years and now TTT for around 5 years, working with PTS, addiction, anxiety, stress and pain management. I often use a mixture of modalities to incorporate a whole person approach which can have a remarkable impact on wellbeing. Helping people to tread lightly in their own lives and in the lives of others is the ethos of my practice; I have been incredibly fortunate to have crossed the paths of Gunilla and Ulf who, through their teachings, have enabled an incredible ripple effect of healing.

Jack Lidback

UPPSALA / STOCKHOLM: Trauma Tapper, Certified Hypnotist, NLP Practitioner, Havening Practitioner, ICF Associate Certified Coach, Inka Shamanic Healing Practitioner

My grandmother has had sleeping problems and anxiety issues for over 25 years. One day I showed her tapping, I forgot that I had showed her, and 1 year later she calls me thanking me deeply for “*that tapping thing I showed her*”. She has tapped herself every evening before bedtime for 1 year (still going and says she will never stop tapping :). 25 years of sleeping pills are long gone and anxiety almost not occurring.

Tapping is one of the most important, effective and versatile tools in my work as a coach, mental trainer and therapist. And it’s also one of my most important tools-for-life (Ulf Sandströms description), using for myself and spreading to most people I meet.

Together with Hypnosis, NLP, Havening and Energy Medicine I work with most states and issues ranging from trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions etc. to life coaching, mental training and energy healing.

You find me in Uppsala Sweden or online for video sessions. Or just hook me up to talk about life. I’m curious!

Happy journey ☀️

Bhutan — Leki Drakpa

Leki DrakpaKuzu zangpola,

My name is Leki Drakpa. I am student counsellor from Bhutan and before that I worked as teacher. I find TTT easy to do but proves to be effective with the ongoing traumatic issues. It is convenient to teach to everyone since communication is not required much. I have introduced TTT to my students and also my family member who were having issues such as sleeping problems, headache, concentration problem, in the class and so on which proved to be fruitful to them. I am also planning to expand my service beyond my community and hoping for the best.

Warmly welcome to everyone…………

I am using TTT as a valuable tool in my hypnosis business where I help people reduce stress, trauma, and cravings. The Trauma tapping technique is surprisingly effective for treating trauma, stress and is also easy to learn for my clients so they can provide help on themselves.

I have 20 years experience working with people living with anxiety, unwanted emotional and physical reactions related to current or past stressful or traumatic events, and phobias.
I partner with people to release negative messages about yourself and mindfully practice the kind of life you want to live. We will partner using Havening Techniques(tm) and mindfulness practices and TTT to reduce or eliminate negative reactions that interfere with the choices you want to make in your life today and practice building the purposeful life you want.
I have been a licensed clinician working in community based agencies focused on trauma and hospital based services focused on depression and anxiety. My primary purpose is to build a safe, compassionate and positive partnership with you so we can work to reduce or eliminate interference from past events and negative messages. We will practice skills you will be able to use on your own to build the kind of life you want. I also partner with health care workers to utilize these techniques to address compassion fatigue and manage stress.
